HELLO, I'M YASMINA
A language teacher
who believes in you.
I'm Yasmina, a certified Dutch as a second language (NT2) teacher and independent tutor. Since 2021, I've helped international learners make Dutch a part of everyday life — with lessons that are structured, interactive and genuinely enjoyable.
My background combines philosophy, a teaching qualification and a master's degree in communication. My teaching experience includes Preply, Koentact, Dutch in Dordrecht and Dutch Courses Rotterdam.
I believe confidence comes from using the language, not from waiting until every sentence is perfect. That's the approach I bring to every lesson.

Do I need to speak any Dutch already?
Not at all! Whether you're a complete beginner or already speak some Dutch, lessons can be adapted to your current level and goals.
Can I take Duo Deal lessons with someone at a different level?
Possibly! Duo lessons work best when your levels and goals are reasonably compatible. We can discuss this during the free introduction.
How does the free 30-minute introduction work?
Send an enquiry through the contact form. I'll reply personally so we can agree on a suitable time. There's no obligation to book lessons afterwards.
How does the Duo Deal work?
You and your partner, friend or colleague share an online lesson at the same total hourly rate as one private lesson. You can split the cost while learning together.
Are the lessons online?
Yes. TouwTaal currently offers online private and duo lessons, so you can learn from wherever you are.
